Zrzeszenie Studentów Polskich Rada Okręgowa in Cracow – Students Organisation with Head office in Warsaw, 9 Ordynacka Street , 00-364 post is organizer of the action - Students’ Office of Lodgings “Chata Żaka”

  

§ 2

 

Those regulations are for all persons who want to use offers from Students’ Office of Lodgings “Chata Żaka”.

  

§ 3

 

Everyone can look through offers in base of from Students’ Office of Lodgings “Chata Żaka” for free. It is possible to do it in the internet or in offices of Students’ Office of Lodgings “Chata Żaka”

 

§ 4

 

Students’ Office of Lodgings “Chata Żaka” render services in contacting person interested in renting a flat/room with the owner of the flat/room.

 

§ 5

 

Students’ Office of Lodgings “Chata Żaka” doesn’t mediate in renting the tenancy from the base, about which is written at § 3. SBK „Chata Żaka”, only help in contacting person interested in renting a flat/room with the owner of the flat/room.

Students’ Office of Lodgings “Chata Żaka” for the explenations of the clients’ claims inform that some of the flats/rooms owners from the office’s base may search tenant on their own.

 

§ 6

 

Help in contacting with the owners of the flats/rooms form base about which is written in § 3 can occure by two methods:

a) By internet method

 

Persons get access to the base of Students’ Office of Lodgings “Chata Żaka” after log in at the website www.chatazaka.pl and buying access to the base which can follow at website www.krakow.chatazaka.pl. For 5 offers from the base costs 20,00 PLN, every next offer costs 2,00 PLN. Payment must go by the internet.

 

 

b) Face to face method

 

Persons get access to the base of Students’ Office of Lodgings “Chata Żaka” after visiting one of our offices in Cracow. Students’ Office of Lodgings “Chata Żaka” make appointments with max 3 owners of the lodgings. Students’ Office of Lodgings “Chata Żaka” take payment for it’s services - 50% of month payment for the flat/room, settled by the owner of the flat/room. The payment is taken only once, before the meeting with the owner. In case persons don’t want to rent a flat/room by our office, Students’ Office of Lodgings “Chata Żaka” give the payment back, minus 20 PLN – administrative costs. Returning of the payment may take place till 24 hours after the meeting in our office. Offers use in Friday are valid until the next Monday. (refers to the eventual returning of the payment).

 

§ 7

 

Persons can use By internet method only in internet. Students’ Office of Lodgings “Chata Żaka” reserve the right to use the By internet method in office, while meeting with persons interested in renting a flat/room.

 

§ 8

 

Studenckie Biuro Kwater „Chata Żaka” nie odpowiada za faktyczne warunki najmowanego lokalu.

 

§ 9

 

Students’ Office of Lodgings “Chata Żaka” don’t act asa mediator in eventual signing of the tenancy agreemant between the owner and the tenant.

 

§ 10

 

In the case of renting the lodging offer in Students’ Office of Lodgings “Chata Żaka” without making a payment due to the Students’ Office of Lodgings “Chata Żaka” consequences will be taken. (rules of the Civil Code).
